Automatic loading and unloading
of workpieces made of profiled materials
Breuning ILS loading technology allows regularly and irregu-larly profiled materials to be pushed through the spindle and positioned exactly in the chuck of a lathe. For this the ma-
chine spindle is equipped with a spindle filler tube matching
the profile of the material.
The automatic loader ILS-RBL was developed
forloading of sawn workpieces. The standard magazining equipment is a storage rack. Special indexed conveyor
feeds for careful positioning of workpieces that are difficult
to handle are available as option.
Additional magazines and feed equipment such as
oscillation conveyors and pick-and-place machines can
be combined with the workpiece loader ILS-RBL to form a
com- plete automated system.
Automatic unloading of the finished workpiece from
the spindle again is also possible (type version ILS-RBE). Indexed conveyors and storage racks are available as
transfer equipment for the finished parts.
